Do I need any special travel immunizations? There is no special vaccinations required aside from standard that we receive in NA via public health. There is a Zika risk however there is no immunization available at this time so women who are or who wish to become pregnant should avoid travel to avoid risk for now. Hepatitis A & B are optional vaccines for anyone wishing to travel, it is suggested you speak to your medical professional if you're unsure of what kind of protection you have or need.

What should I pack?As far as yoga stuff goes, they have props such as blocks and straps. Most of have mats (they fit perfectly rolled up tucked in airline overhead bins - trust us we have hauled them all over the place!) so feel free to bring your own. A bathing suit and beachy clothes. November in Nica, the rainy season is done so we should be good to go. It is a rainforest so ther are bugs, you may want bug repellant. Obviously you may want to bring a camera but we will also be taking photos and post a gallery from which you can download pics.

I heard there is a PGA level golf course nearby! Is that true?It is indeed! Bring your clubs! It was designed by a famous Scottish guy called David McLay-Kidd. It is ocean front, emerges from the jungle and is the second stop this fall of the PGA Tour Latino America. We can absolutely arrange a tee time for you. Check the "links" (did you get that;) ??
